About Robin
Robin brings a playful, heart-centered, and deeply thoughtful approach to therapy. At Modern Youth, she creates a collaborative space where kids, teens, and adults can feel safe to be themselves—especially those who have never quite fit into the “typical” mold. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel understood, accepted, and empowered to grow on our own terms.
Robin specializes in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those navigating ADHD, Autism, and the unique challenges (and gifts) that come with thinking differently. Her style is affirming, creative, and practical—blending DBT and CBT with mindfulness, emotional regulation skills, and play-based approaches to support self-awareness, coping, and real-life change.
Whether she's helping a young client learn to name their feelings through art or supporting an adult in reclaiming their identity after a late diagnosis, Robin shows up with warmth, curiosity, and a down-to-earth presence that puts people at ease.
Outside the therapy room, she’s often outdoors hiking or gardening, enjoying music, spending time with family (including her dog), and cheering on her favorite football team.
